[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Product quality is bad but they did not Rplace/Refund

Dear sir, I bought 1 Dell Printer from snapdeal.com and placed that order on 21st Oct.2014, its has delivered in 28th Oct. but when i take some print from this printer then i found that printer quality is very bad. I submitted my complain but they did not give any response but according to their Terms & Conditions they will replace the product. Kindly do something for replace this product.
