[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product return policy | |||||
Order ID: [protected] Placed on 20 Oct, 2016 We had ordered "royal sapphire Stainless Steel Kitchen Trolley" from snapdeal and the product delivered to us was faulty, the model was broken. We requested for a return, but the person who was supposed to receive our product didn't show up and the return request was cancelled by snapdeal. Even after requesting several times there has been no positive response from snapdeal customer care. I need the faulty product either returned/refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
