[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product return request unnecessarily closed | |
I purchased a pair of night suits but u didn't like it, and I opted for returning the product, but the request was closed saying "it was delivered in good condition". I never complained that the product was faulty. I chose the option that I did not like the product, and this option is very much included in the return options. Now I'm stuck with a product I absolutely didn't like and I lost my money as well. For anyone reading this I would caution them to never buy anything from this website.
