[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product taken but money not refunded | |||||
It has been a month that the defective product is being taken from my mother, Mrs. Swati Chanda but the money hasn't been refunded into her account. It was delivered to me on 3rd Nov, 2015. It took them 3 and half weeks to take the broken product from me but the money hasn't still been refunded. I have been calling them, mailing at the mail ID given to me by Snapdeal in my previous complaint. But nothing is being done. Kindly help me! Was this information helpful? | |||||
