[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Products went out of guarantee because company failed to send the bill on time | |||||
I had a word with customer care of snapdeal several times to get the invoice copy of my bill so that i could get it replaced however the didn't send me any bill and i ended up without replacement of faulty product from store. I called snapdeal even after that to make them understand that its your fault and to fix it from your end now but no one called me back and took ownership. I asked for email address so that i can send them an email and they gave me "[protected]@snapdeal.com" which they no longer use. Worst service ever Was this information helpful? | |||||
