Snapdeal.com — Promised cashback is not sent | |||||
I buyed a product on 28 July, 2015. Snapdeal promised 10% cashback on purchase of 7500+ bill amount. So I increased my bill amount. they told that cashback will be sent on 30 September, 2015 and any complaint will be heart till 30 October. Now they are moving to the time 30 October by repeatedly saying that please give us some time so they can eat my money which worths Rs 757/-. In my request reference 08265280 against order number [protected] they told that there is some problem in sending money to bank so we will be sending to wallet in 24 hour.
