[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Receive cell phone other than order

But received water f1, when i had informed to snapdeal for such event, one person came at my place for verification. He has given incomplete jobsheet to my son. I was not in home.
Now snapdeal mail received to me and they are telling go to service center.

I had paid through debit card on 1st feb-17. But till today i have not received right conclusion. Kindly to arrange exact order what i have paid for.
Kindly help

Updated by rajiv.shah mr ashish based at delhi has called me and said to register complaint again no-[protected].
i had explaind that complaint booking not possible from this number. and i had made complaint through my snapdeal account. which is again not possible due to snapdeal system not allowing now.
pl. give me another number or help me to book complaint again. he has assured me for giving new number. but no number received. my problem remain same.
