[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received a defective product from snapdeal. | |||
this is the first time i odered a product from snapdeal which was an ''ANGEL EYE PROJECTOR LAMP FOR VEHICULAR MODS''. i odered it on 14.9.2014 & the estimated date of shipment was 21.9.2014 but i got it before time...[on 17.9.2014] but when i checked it it was not at all working. from thet day i again packed it & i am trying to contact the snap deal officials on both numbers i.e[protected] & [protected] but the same response- ''the person is unavailable to take call right now.please try later''. please help me to sort out this problem. this was my worst experience on snapdeal. please note tha t i have given a photo proof of the defective product.
