Snapdeal.com — received fake casio edifice watch | |||||
Hi, I have purchased casio edifice watch from snapdeal. Since i received the product i am requesting for warranty card and sent many emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com. After some days snapdeal told me to provide denial letter from casio service center if they denied to service. Now watch completely stopped working and casio company declared as a fake watch and provided denial letter. I have sent multiple reminders to snapdeal to look into the matter and received no response. Very worst service, customer cannot speak with agent/ representative. I have no interest in your websites and messages...so for god's sake...please stop promoting yourselves...if you don't stop that...I might go to the consumer court for that...so pls help me...thank you
