[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received only 1 health band whereas I ordered 2 | |||
I ordered PS M3 Heart Monitoring Smart Fitness Band. Sold by SNEVI DEALS. I ordered 2 of them but received only 1 on June 16, 2019. It was opened in front of delivery boy and he is also the witness. I tried calling Snapdeal Customer care but there is no option to talk to Customer care officer, only pre-recorded useless IVR options are there. I wrote 3 E-mails to them but received only auto response. Nobody contacted me yet. I wanted to gift it to my parents on the Father's Day. But Snapdeal ruined it. THEY CHEATED ME.
