[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received product after cancellation . and no facility about returning product | |||||
Respected sir, i have ordered quantum 2.1 speakers on 7 th nov, on cash on delivery basis . i cancelled order due to some problem due to narendra modi's demonitisation campaign and still a man from snapdeal came on 21/11/2016 and told that i have your parcel. i told him that i have cancelled the order. but i accepted order and gave him 469 rs. upon opening i found that the product is damaged . as i have cancelled the order previously there is no provision on snapdeal app for contacting customer care. this is so irritating . please take back your faulty spears and give me my money back.
