[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received wrong product | |||||
This is to inform that i have received the wrong product from your snap deal. I have ordered muscle infusion black whey protein in your website but i have received muscle infusion which available for rupress 3880 in other websites after that immediately i request for the return of product on the same day after few minutes still the courier is yet pick the product i'm totally frustrated with snapdeal. Dear Sir,
I had initiated a refund for jeans . because i received different color product. no one visited at my place to collect the product only i was getting massage that we try to collect . Now they canceled Return request, Customer care is saying that you will have to keep this product . there is no option .
