sir, i ordered electric kettle of baltra from snapdeal. order no is [protected] Baltra 1.5 Ltr Heating Cup 13. it is not functioning properly. shory circuit is taking place . this is my second complaint regarding this matter. your message came that it will be picked up in 48 hours but till date nothing has happened. i complaint on the next day of receiving the order. pls look in this matter as soon as possible. i am facing problem a lot due to this.
