Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i have purchase a mobile form through snap deal dated 26-8-16 against order no-[protected]. Due to certain reason i have returned that phone dated[protected]. After few days we received a call from snap deal customer care mr. Ankush aakas, we briefed him our queries. He communicated that your money will not get refunded Please help me for refunding my money. The reason of returning the mobile is that i need dual sim cda phone but i have received single sim mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||||
