I have ordered a shoe and then I cancelled it while it was in transit. The issue is I haven't yet got the refund money back. I have ordered it on 10 and it was being delivered very late cause I couldn't have received the product after 15. Which is why I cancelled it. but till now there's no sign of refunding my money back. There's another problem with Snapdeal I have. Yesterday I got a fake call claiming they were talking on behalf of Snapdeal and I have won a car and all that. But the thing here is how these guys know my personal details which they should not. Cause it's very personal data and they knew every detail when and what I ordered and cancelled. This is a serious issue of misleading somebody's personal information. I couldn't care less though cause I'm not gonna order anything from Snapdeal again. (I'm attaching the fake id of that man who claimed to be a Snapdeal employee who was asking me to fill a form and send 8500 rupees as a registration fee.) Was this information helpful? | |
