Snapdeal.com (Reference Number[protected] — Not refunding money | |||||
I have bought a Oplus Xon mobile & its cover from Snapdeal. After 2 months Mobile battery got dead and they have told me that they will refund the money back and they already did few days ago but they said first they will refund the money of mobile phone than they will refund the money of its cover. I have already received the payment of Mobile phone but I haven't received any call from Snapdeal related to mobile cover refund. Kindly solve this problem as earliest.
