I had ordered Urban Living-Vegetable-Nicer-Cutter-Multi-Chopper-Dicer at Rs. 470 order_id [protected]. Delivered product was damaged so i further placed return request on 18/10/2015. Delivery man picked up my product but after few days i had call from customer care saying "due to some issue with seller we are unable to provide you replacement so we will refund your amount through sd cash". But till date i have not received my refund amount. Again i contacted snapdeal customer care they said that due to some technical issues they are unable to refund through neither by wallet cash nor by voucher, so they need our bank details to refund. But i am interested in bank refund mode. I need refund through above two choices. This is really very shame on them being a big e-commerce company they are have such technical issues. This show insincerity toward there customers. If i didn't get refund i will file case in consumer count. Ashutosh Sharma [protected]
