I have returned my mobile phone but I didn't get my refund amount till now
I have contacted your customer care number they are telling that you will get refund amount in 2 days this repeated for last 10 days and now when I tried calling they are saying that server is down Cal at 9 pm I called at 9 pm they said to Cal at 11 pm. Itz been 15 days that I have returned my order. I didn't receive my refund until now. Please resolve my problem. I have attached a slip copy which was given to l me by courier people at the time of mobile pick up. Order number [protected]
