I have ordered for puma black pack bag on 20/06/2017 and there was an error in midst of my transaction regarding the payment of rs 749. I have received message for twice regarding an error in the transaction and the orderis not yet confirmed. The latter was a conformation message regarding the order with proper otp generated via message. On account of these i have lost an amount of 1498 ie, twice there was a transaction to your account with ref. Noccaef1buv5891gabmyifn4 and ccaef1buv6161gabmyjge1 for the same item. I hereby request you to kindly make arrangements to refund rs749 from the amount being transferred on account of the ordered item.
