Had placed an order for an HP Laptop (Order ID : [protected]) on 25th October amounting to Rs. 26, 999/- on snapdeal.com . But, later on 27th Oct, I was getting the same product for Rs. 25, 000/- So, I cancelled the previous order and placed a new order for the same product on the same website and same seller. I was told by the company to not receive the product ordered earlier which I did not receive. Now, the snapdeal's website is showing delivered wheres the courier ECOM Express's website is showing undelivered (Tracking ID :[protected] I've been contacting the customer care for the past 10 days, and also talked to the Senior Supervisor. Also wrote few emails regarding the same but all I got hear was that the issue is still under investigation. The mode of payment was Credit Card to which snapdeal.com is not initiating the refund.
