Hi,
I am complaining about my ordee ID- [protected].
I ordered an iPhone 5S. After opening the product when I started the phone it got auto restarted twice and then I talked to snapdeal guys and they said that they will return the product and refund my money. But it's been 13 days, i have not received my money. On 24th jan I ordered and received orde on 28th. I returned the product on 30th Jan via courier DELHIVERY. On 7th feb when I checked with snapdeal guys, they said They have not received the phone yet. And they again said that they just received the product and after quality check they will refund my money.
Now they are sending mails that quality check failed because some items missing. But there was no item missing in the box. I very well am sure that I have put everything that came along with the box. It's kind of feeling like I am being played by snapdeal team. Everyday different customer service executive will say different things.
Please help me ASAP. I have already bought another phone. Please help on priority basis to refund my money and obliged.
