[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Refund for my Wybor LED television

I have been trying to get my refund for Wybor LED television.
I had recieved damaged TV. It has been 10 days since TV was picked up. It is very bad experience as a Snapdeal customer. Snapdeal harrases customer. Snapdeal makes customer fool. I have had made 30 to 40 calls to Snapdeal customer care. But they only give 48 hours to wait. Now it's 10 days and I have'nt received my refund yet. This is very bad on part of Snapdeal.

Snapdeal doesn't even bother to reply.Its been 15 days since I lodged the complaint. They have not refunded the money yet. This is urgent money. They are shameless. Snapdeal cheats people. I am going to write an article on Snapdeal cheating in Newspaper. They thug people. Customer care doesn't respond.

Snapdeal is cheating it's customers. I have been calling and asking for my refund for 20 days. They are using our money. They are fooling us.
