Snapdeal.com — refund for shoe(alpha bounce)

It has been two months already that I had ordered the shoe and payed it online and had cancelled it.But yet I haven't gotten my money back and even though I have received message from the company that they credited it into my account I have not been notified by my bank yet that the money was credited.please reply asap.
