The reason for this complaint is, regarding refund for my product. I had purchased a Sherine kurti and palazzo set on the 16th Feb 2022. After the delivery of the product, it showed in the app as delivery unsuccessful, but then I wasn't happy with the product due to issues with the fabric. I then gave a return and refund request the same day, but The pick up was scheduled was delayed due to technical issue...I spoke to customer care, then the pick up was done after two days. But now I haven't received the amount back to my account.
Request your good self to pls expedite the matter at the earliest.
