[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund initiated but not received and no reply from support team | |
Hi I have returned my order ([protected]) and they say that refund was initiated on 21 jul, 2017. Till now i its not reflected in my account. Also i had to return the product myself and they agreed to pay me the courier charges. For that too i have given my bank details and not received the amount till date. When i contact the support they provide me a copy-paste sentence that it will take 4-5 days and now they are not even responding. Aug 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care contacted and assured me refund within 4 days which got added to my bank accnt on the 4th day.
