[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund is not given, reference no 22518846 | |||||
I bought asus zenfone 2 cover on 17th april 2016 for 1799/- from snapdeal on cash on delivery mode and due to quality issue i returned it. Got pick slip from them. But even after sending 15 mails. And calling snapdeal cc 17 times, everytime i had conversation with them for minimum 20 minutes on a number.. Which charges money... Problem is not solved from their side. Snapdeal confirmed that they received the product and its in their quality check department.. But they always tell me to wait for 24 hrs... Its happening from last 18 days.. But i haven't received my refund.. Plz help... Was this information helpful? | |||||
