Raised return request on 13 Feb, snapdeal executive calls me and ask what problem you are facing. I share my problem.snapdeal send an engineer to check the phone either it is defective or not as engineer came and send report to snapdeal that the product is defective, after that snapdeal arrange a pickup.phone picked up on 20 th feb. And now problem starts Today 12th of March till now my money not even initiated, I have called snapdeal minimum 30 to 40 times but till now they are saying same thing what they told on 1st day i.e Sorry for the inconvenience due to some technical issues Your refund is not been initiated sir please wait for 24 to 48 hrs maximum, our backand team is working on it and within 48 hrs your refund has been initiated. I have escalated the matter to high prority. I just can't understand in a company like snapdeal what technical issues arise that can't solve in 21 days. I have provided all the information that snapdeal require. Now I feel hopeless, 15899 is a big amount for students like me. Please help me I am attaching my screenshot of order.And please don't tell me that right [protected]@snapdeal.com because I already written there 3 times. Was this information helpful? | |||||
