[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund issue | |||||
Sir i have booked an order for 2 set of Prince set of 2 door semi-transparent eyelet polyester curtains red with order number [protected]. But i have received totally different set with wrong size, pattern and colour. Which is useless for me. These curtains are too short for my door. Now i have raised return request but they are not agree to return this wrong product. If i call to customer care its also not consider my register mobile number. ([protected]) so i am unable to reach there. Now your tell me the solution about this product. Even they are not arranging me a call back. So that i can ask for problem. The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. And i made payment with my debit card Rs.1509, my order no id is [protected] and i placed order on 16/10/2018 but still i can not receive my order. but my order status shows as delivered. please help me about this.
Between 23rd Oct to 27th Oct. After waiting for my product for more than 2 months I have yet not received it . Kindly do the needful as earliest. My order number is [protected]
