Snapdeal.com — Refund issues | |||||
This is in respect with the order number #[protected] (5 Seater Sofa Set (3+1+1) in Black) which was delivered on the 28/11/2015. We found that the leg of one of the single seater sofa has been completely broken on delivery and considerable damage on the three seater sofa. I paid a hefty amount to get the sofa carried to the third floor and would not like to return the product and incur carriage charges again. I raised a complaint and snapdeal.com agreed to refund me Rs 2000 as repair amount to be done locally by me. Now that I have done repairs from my pocket, the said refund is yet to realize in my bank account. On questioning they say refund is initiated and has been completed on the 6th December, 2015. Now I get a mail that return request is raised (whereas I didn't raise anything). After incurring carriage and repair expenses, I am at a loss now. Please assist.
