I amit yadav ordered a jay chamunda fashion blue chiffon anarkali semi stitched dress material on snapdeal, order id: [protected] placed on 14 may, 2016
As product was delivered on 20 may 2016 when i opened the packing order is incomplete or very poor quality i raise a refund request as on 20 may 2016 my pick up was scheduled i waited day by day but no one came to pick it up. As today 29 may its being 9 days i raise request snapdeal daily but no activity has been done by snapdeal end.
I just wanted to ask that my product will be picked up or not?? If yes then when??
Because as per your policy refund is only initiated after the pick up.
Being manipulated by snapdeal though i am waiting for today waiting for response.
