[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not being processed for returned items | |||||
Me and my wife had ordered 3 products from Snapdeal on 01.05.17 (order id [protected]) & paid full amount of Rs. 6021/- through credit card. The items (dress material) were delivered on 4 and 5 May. However we did not like the quality of the items and decided to return them. 2 of the items (worth Rs 2722) were picked up by Snapdeal logistic partner on 06.05.17 while the 3rd item (worth Rs 3299) is yet to be picked. Snapdeal has now refused to refund us the amount already paid for the items and they are not even collecting the 3rd item. Neither our calls to the customer care nor our emails to Snapdeal have yielded any result. In fact Snapdeal has advised us by email that we should not make any more transactions and that they are suspending my account. The reason for this is that they found some transactions in my account which do not pass their internal checks. However, there is no information given on what these transactions are and what internal checks they did not pass. Was this information helpful? | |||||
