[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not initiated yet | |||
Order id : [protected] Reference no: 45353228 I ordered a gift box combo of belt and wallet for rs 750 cod. But quality was too low so i initiated return immediately but snapdeal is not refunding my money and saying one thing again and again that some of my transactions dont pass onternal checks and my account will be suspended. And blah blah blah... But i had only 2 orders with snapdeal including this one. They are not elaborating and not taking my case serious. No call suppoer from snapdeal is just worse. Please help me I had also a return slip of item signed by picker of snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
