Dear Sir,
I am Akvindersingh Sandhu have purchased from snapdeal order no.
[protected] and product delivered to me on 11th Oct 2014, i have process
for reversed the product request on 12th Oct 2014.
and taken the regular followups with snapdeal for return pick up but
they not picked up the product and at last i have send return courier by
3-nov-14 through first flight and send the courier receipt to snapdeal,
and also taking regular followups but the refund has not process by
snapdeal they have received the products but not properly responding and
my courier charges is rs 290/- with disputed amount required and called
so many times and send email so many time they are taking casually to
our customer.
