Hi, I odrerd sony headphone order no ([protected]) on 17 Apr 14 on snapdeal.com. I have registered already complain & complaint id no[protected]. I have called so many times in snapdeal customer care but not getting result. kindly help me to process my refund ASAP. As per you snapdeal company policy if product not delivered within 10 days.
