My order was cancelled on 21-Mar-2016 and I received a confirmation that the full refund will be processed in 4 days. Today is 28-Mar-2016 and even today the refund has not been processed.
I call customer care daily and ask about the status, but they always tell me to wait for 24 hrs and that they will process the refund ASAP. The executive tells that they have escalated the issue to higher management and it will be resolved soon. But, I do not get any email confirmation of what they are doing, what is the refunds team doing and when will my refund be processed.
