[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not provided | |||||
Hi have ordered a product worth rs 800. It does not have the specifications which they mentioned in their description so i returned the product for refund. Its been nearly 1 nd half months i didnt receive my refund. Wen i raised an issue regarding this, their associate called me nd informed tht they will not provide refund wen i asked for the reason they simply refused by stating tht they wont tell reason as per their policy.
