[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not receive

Hi pls help me as inspite of various communication mail send to snap deal my problem not sort out and no body to bother replying and reslove.. Even no any opition to give a call to snap deal

As am regular customer bt now a days.. When i give and paid my order by still am not receive my order.. Since 3 month and snapdeal app status showing they deliver me my order.. Actually am not receive yet

Other one.. Have paid for jeans bt due to iteam is wrongly received have return the same bt still my refund is not receive.. Total amount of both iteam is 1323+shipping charge.. Still not receive in my account.. Pls help me to recover my money from. Snap deal.. As customer care is not responding.. 2 iteams order describe in attached file
