Before some days i had return my product successfully. Return is approved. But my refund is not initiated in my account. When i call to customer care of snapdeal. Then they said your account have suscipious activity. So we can not refund your amount. So now i have lost my money which is 900 rs. i ordered xolo era 2x amounting rs. 6209/- they denied to refund the money and they are not giving the product too. They just say we reviewed your account and found some transactions that don't pass our internal checks. They are simply seizing the money for no reason.
