I received defective product for Samsung guru E1200 on 24 Jun 2017 the same was returned on 25 Jun 2017. Pickup agent received the all product with acknowledged. But not snapdeal quality people told me, your refund not initiated due to your are sending without battery. Please contact pickup agent. But pickup agent told we are sent all the product to ware house.
