I ordered a product- Nokia 3310 Blue on 21 July 2018 and I paid through my debit card. The transition of the payment of Rs. 2512 was done and I got the message from the authorized bank that it was successfully processed.
The delivery address was wrong(it is was old address) and I checked multiple times so that I could change it, but there were no options, so I decided to cancel my order and it was written that I will be getting my refund back. When I canceled it, it was written that I will be getting my refund in 7-10 business days. So I waited some days so that they respond, it was written on my orders that the refund has been successfully initiated but I didn't get my refund till now (1 month now).
I had also written a complaint on [protected]@snapdeal.com but they said that they have processed it and contact the customer care of the bank. I contacted to them also, but I got no refund. This is against the laws of public interests. Snapdeal didn't contact me with my phone number and but when I contacted to their customer care number, there was no option to talk with the customer care executive.
I also replied to that email on that day only, but they didn't respond. Screenshots are included.
