[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not received | |||
I’ve place an order for Sliceter Iron Electric Pestrepellar on[protected], Order ID - [protected] Suborder I’d - [protected], amounting ₹943/- I’ve received a faulty product for the same, tried contacting customer service via mail and the number provided on the app but it was of no use, as the response to my mail was auto generated and calling customer care for not helpful at all, so requested for a refund via my snapdeal app itself on [protected], requested ticket ID[protected] it’s been 7 days since I’ve requested for the refund still no response been provided from snapdeal end.
