I made a purchase of a jeans and a shirt on 5th march 2017
Both items were according to my expectations, brand new quality items were received.. But somehow jeans was not properly fitting.. So placed a return request.. And return was picked up next day..
Pick up person had clicked some photos of product at the time of pick-up..
Now after 7 days of returning item, i received again one jeans today on 18th march (That was other than the one i returned..)
When i contacted snapdeal over call.. I was informed that returned item failed quality check and thats y same (So called same!!) item has been delivered to you..
I dont know who the hell has changed item..
I dont worry about my 1200 rupees..
But this is a clear fraud which a buyer would never accept...
We dont know who has changed items.. Who is the culprit.. It is your duty to check it out..
What i want is either perfectly fitting same brand same jeans or full refund of my order amount...
I have enough free time to reply all your mails.. I can provide my home cctv footage of the time of pick up..
If the issue is occuring with the same pick up boy everytime, suspend him,
If issue is occuring with the same city.. Suspend entire pick up center..
Or if issue is occuring more frequently at your return processing center.. Check that out too..
Again i m saying, it is your duty to check that.. I would never bear a fraud.. Would go to any level...
