[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not received since 14 oct 2016 | |||
Hey snapdeal I have ordered two mobiles from snapdeal of total amount (Rs.10887) and the order id-[protected]. The payment mode was debit card. Since i am waiting from1year 7 months 8 days. But the amount is not received in account. And on other side there is no call facility given by you. Earlier talks with your executives are useless. The aren't able to resolve my problem. I have contacted with my bank and bank costumer care but the given transactions id by you are not reflected in my bnak account. If you says that snapdeal provides best costumer service.
