[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not received yet it's the month fed up complaining

Money refund

I have ordered elligator black slim fit polo t shirt order id: [protected] of 2 qty on 7th april 2017 from snapdeal and the product i received is only 1 qty for which i have made a complaint for incomplete order. And the 1 qty i have received i had returned back for its incorrect size for which i have received a refund.
But still i did not get the refund for the product i did not received ever. I have complained snapdeal customer care for 15 times now and its been 1 months still facing the same i call them daily and still they ask for 24 hours of time its not getting resolved. Please help me getting my hard earned money.

Hi

It seems like purposely you people are stretching this issue as it is very clear I got the incomplete order and I am asking for money for t-shirt u did not delivered. how many 48 hours will it take more. its been 1 and half month already and still in process.
