[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not yet recd and no reply on my emails | |||
I had returned the defective mobile handset-htc desire 820 to snap deal last thursday and since then I have called up at least 7-8 times and emailed abt 15 times but recd reply on only 3 emails and was given pathetic and irresponsible answer on phones every time I called for refund status...on email I only get a reply of complaint number and asking me to patience...there is no clarity on actual status of the refund nor the reason for the delay The complaint number is last recd was 14248140 Kindly let me know the status...buying a product is easy from snapdeal but returning and getting refund is a big time pain, ., , pls think many times before buying a product coz returning is a nightmare Was this information helpful? | |||
