Snapdeal.com — Refund not yet received after 20 days

Hi Team, I was tried to order water purifier on 12th April but at payment gateway transaction get failed. But amount is deducted from my account. So I locked complaint to snapdeal with all require evidence. I got call from snapdeal it will take 7 working days to refund. after 7 days I was calling daily 4 days, I just got answer it will take 48 hours. After that snadeal start calling every after 2 days to tell me it will take 48 hour more. I am just seek of this answer from snapdeal. They don't have proper answer as well as proper resolution, This is such bad service from snapdeal. Now it almost 3+ week, I didn't received my refund.
