[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — refund not yet received

I have ordered a product: nike black daily art n[protected] under the suborder no:[protected] and i have paid the amount of rs:567 from my debit card online and due to some reasons, i have cancelled that order and they told that i will recieve the refund within 1 week and its been about 12 days since i cancelled the order and i haven't recieved the refund. My username is adil m rafi and my phone no:[protected].
