Snapdeal.com — Refund of courier charges didn't recieve for about 20 days | |||
I did not recieve my courier charges which i paid about 20 days ago and everytime when i called to snapdeal customer care they said me that we are forwarding your details to our technical team. I called in snapdeal customer care for about 15-20 times and atleast for 7-10 minutes everytime so every time i was charged by 8 to 10 rupees. Then also any result does not given by snapdeal. Total amount of courier charges is 310+775+775=1860 Was this information helpful? | |||
