Order no. [protected]. I have returned my defected mobile on 1st0ct2015 to snapdeal warehouse and i was entitled for a refund of rs7400(approx). snapdeal initiated the refund on 15th oct 2015 and told me to wait for next 4 days to get my refund in bank account. but 10 days passed still no refund in my account. i lodged complain again and again after that and shared my bank passbook statements about 5 times showing my account details that no refund is initiated.In response snapdeal continously provided me fake info and harresed me again n again. its nearly 2 months now i havent got my refund of my mobile. fraud snapdeal took my mobile and money and not giving back. order no.
