[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund of order | |||||
Hi sir, I had ordered 2 sets of curtains (Each set of 4=8 curtains) but instead of it i got only 6 curtains. Now snapdeal has refunded me only one set money (I. E. Of 4 curtains) saying we have received only one set. Now, i have received only 6 curtains and snapdeal is not ready to accept its fault that its seller has sent me less curtains. I have been told that i will get the refund initially but after 11 days the case was closed from snapdeal team saying no refund will be done. My 1000 bugs is lost I want to know whose fault is: 1. To send 6 curtains instead of 8 2. Refund for only 1 set (4 curtains) 3. Misleading for 11 days that the issue will be resolved & i will get the money. 4. Courier guy who took all the 6 curtains in 1 packet & has given 1 slip Instead of asking the courier guy and warehouse people, they have simply closed the ticket. Worst service i have ever faced.
